An EPC ( Energy Performance Certificate ) certificate does not cover your electrics I don't think.

At least in the UK it does not.

Since 2013 it has been necessary for many properties in Spain to have this certificate if you look at any web site selling properties it will give the EPF information  or it is pending.

This web site should give all the information you need

Hope it helps

An EPC is only necessary if you are selling your property. It is a legal requirement and must be included in the sales documentation.

Cost is around €100 and I believe it is valid for 10 years.

For electrics, you need an electrical safety certificate (CIE), which is a totally different thing.

Thank you all for your comments.  You definitely  need an EPC for selling and also for upgrading the power supply as I found out with Ibridrola,

it was the cost I needed,  100 Euros seems fair if I can find someone.  I am in La Manga
