Hi

I hope everyone is keeping safe and well.

I am trying to get some information on what people pay for community fees from those that live on resorts.

I am on a golf resort with no open course, no bars, shops or restaurants and am on the hook for 396€ per quarter (and rising every year with no development).

I am hoping to get a sample of what people pay on different resorts. I appreciate there will be slight fluctuations depending on property type and size but for a Typical 2bed apartment I would be most interested to know the figure.

Hopefully people don’t mind sharing that info. Either way keep safe and well everyone.

Thanks in advance

Dan

Thank you for that. Thats a great price. I just find it madness how mine has increased so much since 2013 when I first bought and wondered about others.

Mar Menor is beautiful too with lots available.

Thanks again. Have a great day.
