Can anyone recommend: builder

hello. me and my husband are buying in la tercia on the golf resort. we think the resort is lovely but i know some people won't agree. we are also aware of people saying that some apartments are sub standard or subsiding. although all the apartment blocks look brilliant To us and we love the pools and everything about the resort can any one recommend a builder in the area please that we can ask to check it out for us please just for our own piece of mind. thank you for your help and letting us be part of your wonderful group. thanks, Sharon
