Hello, i am interested in buying an apartment on the old polaris world resort in Las terrazas de la torre. I would really appreciate any advice on this.. Is the resort quite empty, how much are communal fees etc.. Ade

We bought a property here last year. It's very quite but I can't comment what it's like in peak season as I've not been out there that time of year. Although our friends say it's busy in the bar. Can't comment on bills yet as we've not had it long so still waiting for bills to come through. If you like it quite then this is for but if you want more life than I suggest you look at other tesorts

*Property maintenance 360 € p quarter
