11% on purchase price of €85000. That was in 2023.

Sounds about correct. We bought last year on La Torre and I worked on the basis of what we agreed on the buying price the total cost in GBP would be almost the same figure. So say €120,000 purchase pirce - with all fees etc... expect to pay out £120,000.

Exactly what we did before buying in HDA, and because the sterling rate went up a bit just before we exchanged we managed to save a couple of quid.
