Hi, what are the monthly fees for a 2 bed apartment in block 44 & what do the fees pay for?
Is there a president for this block?

Your solicitor should have been able to let you know all that pre purchase I would think ?
It's usually part of their due diligence..

Congratulations on your purchase. We are in block 43 beside you. Community fees for us are 269 every 3 monthes. This includes bin charges. Each block has different fees depending on the apts in the block.
You will enjoy the resort.

269 euros every 3 months ! Incredible ...its like leasehold service charges in UK Apartments in the big English cities.. block aaagh ..if you don't play golf regularly then seems really really high ..each to their own I guess
