Still need car tax help🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m currently over for the weekend and tried to sort out paying my car tax.I requested a new bill from Torre Pacheco as my original bill has expired and I can’t pay it through Sabadell.
Checked my mail box but nothing has arrived.

I tried to download a bill on the suggested website,but even though my apartment is in Murcia region,this area was not represented in the drop down list.

Any further suggestions?
