I’m going to buy a Bank repo in February

I am going to buy a bank repo early next month in La Terrazas de La Torre. Had a place in La Zenia for 18yrs so have an idea of how it works. Is buying here a good move?

Lovely quiet resort, totally opposite to La Zenia, but great value for money.

We bought on Las Terrazas 6 years ago,best thing we ever did.The complex is well maintained,excellent security.A lot of properties were sold during the pandemic which is great .
