Hi my names Steve . Can someone give me advice me I needed to pay the non resident certificate every 2 years so I don't pay tax I handed both forms in to the bank a year and a half ago they took my money and didn't take my wife's I then went to Spain handed in another form and nothing came out I then sent off another form to bankinter head office in Madrid. I have now got a form saying my wife's a tax payer. I have had enough pls help. 3 forms I have sent off any advice would be grateful steve
