Sorry to say this but you might have to look at car dealers just Google used cars spain and it comes up with car dealers ok good luck

Hola first tip stay away from Specialist cars in San Javier
it is very hard to find an honest car dealer but go online for Paul in Torre Pacheco
site Spanish cars he has a wide range of cars
you may find it is for the best you will have all the correct paperwork so on
but cars in Spain are very expensive try finding a lease car if you intend to live in Spain
