This may be odd question but yesterday evening there was a flock of very colourful pigeons flying around followed by a large group of people tracking them with radios and trackers.
has anyone else seen this?
Where would I be able to see the birds close up, they were clearly kept by someone local.

There is a pigeon fancier in Los Urrutias, on Calle de la Estrella who has a flock of painted pigeons. The first time I saw them flying fast I thought they must be parrots, they were so colourful.

I saw them Friday around 4.30 pm Calle Rosales in LU......
