Official decree for COVID19 restrictions in Murcia Region
In place from June 1st
https://www.borm.es/.../anuncio/ano/2021/numero/3895/pdf...
It is 34 pages long ( ) but below you will find some points we think you may find useful to know:
Bars and restaurants open until 01:00am
"Nightclubs" and similar can open until 01:00am, no dancing, DJs are permitted but all spectators must be seated.
Limit of 50% in indoor capacity of bars, restaurants etc, when the municipal alert level is low or medium, and 30% when the alert level is high.
Serving indoors not permitted when the risk alert is very high.
On terraces, the capacity is 100% regardless of the alert level.
Smoking still not permitted on terraces.
As for live music performances and DJSs, they will be allowed, but with strict conditions: customers must wear a mask and may not consume food and drink during the performance, "ensuring sufficient ventilation and a social distance of at least 2 meters with the public or 3 if there is singing or wind instruments are used".
Karaoke & similar are still NOT permitted.
In swimming pools, "the maximum occupancy allowed will be 75% percent of its usual capacity".
The use of sun loungers, hammocks, chairs or towels spread out on the floor is permitted, but when they belong to the establishment, they must be disinfected before use by each user.
On the beaches, the safety distance between groups of people and between umbrellas and other elements must be respected.. The hire of sun loungers, hammocks, water skates, jet skis or similar is allowed, although with disinfection after each use.
Sports may be played e.g. beach volley, as long as social distancing is maintained with other groups.
In amusement parks, water parks, zoos, aquariums, fairgrounds and fair attractions, the maximum occupancy allowed will be 75% of the capacity.
No mention of transport changes (so still 50% capacity in cars if at least one person is from a different household) but we believe we have information on this within the next week or so.
Most other measures continue in force / without changes.
