Do not forget to apply for you Property Rental Licence with a 

prior quality of property inspection ...contact Murcia Tourist Board

or talk to your lawyer.

The fines and sentences if you get caught (it is now counted as tax evasion)

are horrendous - always plus 100,000 euros or prison.

My friend and I are hoping to buy a property in Los Urrutias...when we can get a flight to view.

We have spoken to the agent who informed that a survey of utilities is always included but not structural.  In England it would be normal to have one so is it wise to do the same in Spain. I'm assuming it is. Do you know the cost?
