Olivnet Internet

I emailed Olivnet for my internet to be put on standby at the end of February as I was returning to the uk. Normally just send a email and they confirm. However I have had no reply. So i don't know if it's still active.
emailed again today and got a reply that the email address is permanently inactive, and apparently are starting as Olin, a new telecoms brand based in Malaga. His anybody a customer of Olivnet and got the same problem. Or know what's going on
