Car Hire

Hello, can anyone tell me where the nearest car hire place is from Mar De Cristal. We know you could hire a car from the new San Javier Airport, but do you know of any of the nearer Towns, i.e. Los Belones have a car hire place? We recently bought a place in Mar De Cristal and just wondered if there was anywhere closer than the Airport.
Having said that does you know or does anyone in Mar de Cristal have a garage for sale?
