Bringing my 87 year old mom for winter holiday

Hello, I hope you can help me. I have not been to Costa Cálida before and am looking for a two week break at the beginning of November. I know most places will have closed but I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good place to stay where my mom could go for a walk on the flat to maybe a few shops or a cafe, and the wonderful promenade I have seen photos of. Also if anyone knows a nice hotel that is open during the winter. Thank you so much.
