We have a 15 year old who will need to attend Spanish Secondary School. Also anyone who lives in the area, How do you find living in Purias area? All information greatly received

Hi We are currently living in the Canaries have been here for 25 years and are looking to relocate to the Murcia Region. Can anyone advise if our Spanish Health care can be transfered with us. We have just moved to the Lorca area and looking for local groups that might be of interest to meet new people in the area. 

I get the feeling that not much goes on during July and August due to the heat. 

But looking for: Gardening clubs, book groups, Horse/coffee mornings, MTB or road biking groups, walking groups, food groups etc. 

any suggestions would be great.

Hello, I hope you can help me. I have not been to Costa Cálida before and am looking for a two week break at the beginning of November. I know most places will have closed but I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good place to stay where my mom could go for a walk on the flat to maybe a few shops or a cafe, and the wonderful promenade I have seen photos of. Also if anyone knows a nice hotel that is open during the winter. Thank you so much.
