Hi, I understand that as a non resident I need to pay a yearly tax on the value of my property. It is not rented and only for our use. Can anyone advise of a gestor who could help with this, local to ricote or cieza. Thank you
I can highly recommend Angar taxation services in Torrevieja. You dont need a local gestor, they do everything online, very responsive(especially in Spain!). They charge 20€ per owner per property, ie. if joint thats 2 owners for 40€, and you simply email your latest suma invoice with the cadastral value on it, they calculate the tax(you pay them via bank transfer) and then they will also pay it on your behalf, then send you your proof of receipt. You cant find cheaper or better.
