As RMA said every house would be different just as it would be in the UK.
Depending on the postcode? size of the plot? brick built rendered many factors could come into it.
Linia direct are offering good deals but also banks would give you advice but they tend to be expensive.
I would never consider asking a forum something like this.
What would you do in your own country?
