Is Avatel telecom take over of San Pedro Fibra bona fide?

... have a Santander bank account and slightly clueless on how to change a direct debit, my Spanish is fairly basic. 
Any thoughts/ assistance most welcome. I don’t want to suddenly loose my internet! Currently in the UK and not back for a few weeks.
