Hi, i don't have digital vaccinations on my phone but i have printed copy from NHS, is this acceptable at health check in Spain?

Yes most definitely.

I have always used the printed copy never the digital one.

Picked my daughter up from the airport at Corvera yesterday. Although she had both paper and mobile images of certification, not one person from the full flight was asked to provide any evidence, which although convenient time-wise was a little disconcerting. Especially given the amount of influx over the holidays.
