If you're fully vaccinated then currently its a Lateral flow or PCR no more than 48 hours before you depart for the U.K. You have to have a certificate as proof so you have to be tested somewhere that provides this.

You also need to pre book a PCR test in the UK, (before you leave spain as this goes on the passenger locator form)to be taken within 2 days of arrival in the U.K and you have to quarantine until you get a negative result.

If you're fully vaccinated and  have residency in Spain then currently you don't need any tests to come back to spain.

If you're not vaccinated or partially vaccinated then you do a 2 and 8 day PCR in U.K and quarantine.

If you're not fully vaccinated then you must have Spanish residency or nationality in order to be allowed back into Spain with a negative PCR result / covid recovery certificate.

I suggest you keep and eye on the News and the British and Spanish government websites as things seem to change quite quickly.

Who knows if it is right or wrong ??

You will have to ask the pharmacy what test they are going to do.
