Is the area beside Maestro Don Elio Park a good neighbourhood?

Hi all, we are looking to buy a property in san pedro del Pinatar and see some nice looking 3beds beside Maestro Don Elio Park, can anyone give advice on the area ie is it safe, any issues that may be of help before we come out to view. Thanks.
