Looking for a key holding and cleaning service in San Pedro del Pinatar

Hi all, we are Yvonne and Ger and bought our 2nd home in San Pedro Del Pinatar in April. We are not renting the house out so just need general everyday cleaning before and after our stays throughout the year. We would prefer to deal with individuals rather than companies in the area who would also be willing to pop in every couple of weeks or so to check all is well. We are both still working in Ireland but will gradually be spending more time in our 2nd home. Looking forward to meeting more people in the area as we get closer to retirement! They have been recommended to us by our local builder. To check on property regularly they charge around 130€ for the year. Cleaning and laundry etc depends on property size, a 3bed is 70€.

They are a company but seem good. Our property is just ready now so we will start using them from next month.

I use a lovely spanish lady and her prices are very competitive. We use whats up to communicate and she has not let me down in 2 years. If interested I can check with her if she likes more clients.
