Urbanisations

Not really big urbanisations as you may know them, more small communities. There are some small apartment complexes dotted around with pools and some with private gym and play areas too.  These are mainly Spanish owned, year round and have a nice community feel. 

There are quite a few new developments around too some with small apartments with shared pools and others small villas with pools. There are some established complexes near to the Market area and the Thalassia Hotel, and some new builds in between this area toward the back of lidl and consum. There are also a lot of small apartment communities near castelar college which is near lo pagan.
