any one know where i can get a boat navigation (tintulin ) licence from please (english speaking ),also looking for a boat surveyor
Navigation licence: Ignacio Morros(Alina Sailing) based in Tomos Maestro Marina. He speaks good English and has a great sense of humour - very good.
Boat survey: check on internet, there is one in Cartagena, he speaks English and seems ok, I will be using him very soon.
