Hi there, anyone know where to buy the tastiest fresh eggs locally please? Supermarket ones are all a bit ‘meh’.

You could try the market or one of the carnicerías (butchers), where they have big trays of eggs, possibly from local suppliers. You know that all Spanish eggs are graded? So if you want free-range or organically produced eggs, you need to look for eggs that are rated as such. Yes think I’ve been buying best free range ones I can find but they’re nothing special.
