Rosa Porrina granite worktops

Hi, yes I can!

We needed exactly the same thing and got some couple of weeks ago.

As you leave San Pedro going towards Pilar direction on the N-332 a short time after the salt and pepper restaurant, on the right hand side of the road  there is a granite and marble workshop, it’s before you get to bridge over the road at the Alpuente. It’s not 5 mins from the Lidl roundabout.

They are brilliant. I needed exactly the same stuff, gave them the measurements (about 63x61cm) and they had it made for me perfectly within the week. The only thing was it was about 2-3mm thicker, so I had a small adaption to make. Very nice helpful lady in office, charge only €30! Winner, made my day and finished our small kitchen modification. The new piece is slightly lighter possibly due to age, but I’m happy.

That’s great news thank you, do you have any idea what they are called ? We are out there on the 28th Feb just for the weekend but it’d be perfect if I could contact them and get it ready for our arrival.  Our place is at the top of the sea front road near the mud baths so it doesn’t sound far away 🤞. My piece of worktop was quite small but I was surprised by how heavy it was! Don’t drop it!

Hi Mark,

David is a contractor who supplies and installs most of the general building works.

I would recommend that you contact him directly.

He can answer all the questions you may have, (better than I probably would do) and show your some pictures of his works.

I'm currently not in Spain, so unfortunately I can't share with you some of the rates we paid (the file is in our house in Spain).

Before selecting David, we of course compared quotes and his rates were competitive.

We are extremely pleased with the refurbishments done in our house and we highly recommend him.

Hi Brian, I forgot to come back to you earlier but the  stone yard we’re fantastic and they delivered the stone to me on the Friday morning at 08:30 as requested and the same day I ordered another piece of stone for the plinth and was able to pick it up that afternoon 😊👍. Raquel was fantastastic and it was cheap as chips €120 for the lot (probably £1000 at home 🤔
