Hi Loop Fitness is not a complete gym as such but is a very reasonable monthly cost 30 euros located in San Javier by the large Mercadona on the 332

Fitness park in dos mares does 4 weekly memberships. 

Villaescusa sport in san javier does bonos, where you can pay for a certain amount of visits and use them within a certain time frame. 

If you're in san pedro then look at pinatar arena  they may do something similar.

Loop is San Javier is highly recommended by us, it’s clean, easy going and good machines to train on. Open from 06:00 till 23:00. Monthly payment, which can easily be stopped every month. It is perfect for people like ourselves who are just looking to stay a bit more healthy and not in need for a 6 pack ;-). We choose this gym because it is not for pumping muscles with pumping music.

There is a nice little gym in Lo Pagan under the Rubio 360° restaurant on the beach by the port. From memory I think it's about 3or 4 Euros per visit. We usually cycle there from Santiago, then go for a swim in the sea after the gym

We love going to the Centro Deportivo in San Pedro.
There is a big pool and all sorts of lessons and activities. And the rates are very acceptable, €25 a month for a 65+ couple.
