Looking to store a small boat with launching access

Hi,  I am looking for a place to store a small boat later in the year. Preferably at or near a marina/boatyard where launching may be included/paid. I want to store the boat on the trailer on land and only launch when needed (week or few days at a time throughout the year). Will only have hire cars so will have no tow bar myself when there. 

Happy to pay reasonable price but as above do not need full serviced on water bay/pontoon.

Ideal situation within Mar Menor and closer to San Pedro / Lo Pagan / San Javier
