For sale: Buying a villa in Totana

A friend of mine is selling his villa up in Aledo, it is just outside Totana. It is a very nice and quiet area, his villa has its own swimming pool as well. If you are interested I will send you his number.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve just looked up Aledo but what we’re looking for is a flat terrain within walking distance of a town.

Totana is at the foothills of the Sierra Espuña so it's mostly hilly. There are some flattish spots but you'd have to negotiate slopes to get to the town. You might be lucky to find a terraced house or a flat in the town itself.
