Change over fees

Hi,
I'm thinking of selling a static caravan and have been told it costs €3300 in change over fees , has anybody got any information about this please and if it's correct?

As virtually every park sets its own terms and conditions you should be asking them. There are possible commissions on the sale, admin fees, and perhaps resiting costs or transport costs.
