Each year my wife and myself rent a property in Spain for 3 to 4 weeks from approx the 24th of September. For the last 2 years we have rented a property through the Spanish forums as the owners are able to quote cheaper prices when they don't have to pay the punitive fees involved when letting through sites such as Holiday Lettings and Homes Direct.

This year we would like to rent somewhere between Murcia and Almeria either on the coast or up to 30 mins inland. We require 1 or 2 bedrooms. We are both in our 50's and are able to provide references from owners we have dealt with for the last 4 years.

Would love to hear from you if you have anything you think would be suitable and  available at the time we require.

Regards Tristan.

We have a lovely spacious apartment in Aguilas towards Calabardina.. Available before 17th September and after 19th October if you are flexible with your dates?

Thank you for the offer Dee. The location is perfect for me, but unfortunately the dates are not. Could you send me some pictures so I can keep it in mind for next year?

Regards Tristan

Will do. No pets though. Is this a problem for you?

That's fine. We leave our dog at home.
