We have a dish and sky box but how dowe get English tv and sky

Get somebody local to secure your dish to the buiding and aim it correctly.
Check....what size dish do you have? The small ones (50cm diameter) as in the UK will not receive well (if at all)....you need up to 180cm and that is big!
Also you still need a payment address in the UK. There are services for payment abroad by many companies but the cost is high compared to an UK subscription (and some are technically illegal).
Perhaps you should consider TV via the internet, especially if you have access to fibre optic?
