A company in the UK called Spanish Tax Forms can do it for you. Google them and complete their online form. They are an excellent company and highly recommended. They will take the stress out of it for you.

Yes you can pay it online by two methods. Direct on the agenciatributaria.es virtual office site but you need a digital signature, or via your Bank using their form after you've filled in the form 210 and got it verified. It's a bit complicated at first, but you can do it at zero cost. The deadline is 31st December though and you might get fined for a late payment
