Our Daikan air con unit has stopped working. I was wondering if there was anyone available to have a look at it and give us a price for repair?

There a quite a few companies listed on Google. If you phone one they will tell you if it possible to repair it or how much for a new one. If your unit uses R22 then it can not be repaired or serviced.
Presumably the R22 has laws are the same in the uk as in Spain.
If so, it can be repaired if it has R22 gas. It’s illegal to release the gas into the ozone.
Therefore, this doesn’t make them illegal to use or repair, just illegal to decant the gas.
