Communal fees

We are looking to purchase on tierra del sol. Can someone advise what the communal fees are. Thanks

Hi Morag. There are no Community Fees payable for residents on Valle del Sol. It was renamed from Tierra de Sol in around 2010 when the Town Hall took responsibility of the Urbanisation once the Builder had finished their building work. The Town Hall also changed the road names but have been updated on sites like Google. We pay the equivelent of UK Council Tax, as does everyone in a property in Calasparra which for us, as an example is around 380euros a year.
