Hello, we are looking at buying a property in Calasparra. The outside area will need some work, which we would ideally plan to do in stages. Can anyone recommend a reliable tradesperson and provide us with an idea of the costs? We would be hopefully starting works in a couple of months time. Thank you

There are quite a few local builders in Calasparra which people have used and would probably recommend from their own experience, ours would be a guy called Pitchy on 627 442 376, please mention my name if you make contact - he will then know who gave you his number - I don't get commission on name dropping - shame ! He has completed some great work for us but is popular so if you call him dont expect him to come "this week".
I am sure where you move to your new house there will be people around who know a builder - whether it's a family relative or good friend - there's always someone !!!
