Mask me the beach

When I’m actually sitting down on the beach am I allowed to remove my mask please

Once your seated, you can then remove your mask. But you must wear your mask when you move around such as returning to your car, going to the beach bar, etc.

Thanks very much I thought as much as my friend told me you have to wear even sitting down and I thought that’s untrue but I will ask forum
