Looking for any information on costs approximately for registration of uk car in Spain.
I know part of its on emissions and value I think

I believe the costs are around €1,000 - the paperwork to get a Spanish registration number, change headlights, take an ITV (MOT) test, etc.
Plus, if you are bringing your car to Spain as a one-off permanent move of residence, than you don't need to pay Import Duty or IVA (VAT); but, if not, then you do. Import Duty is based on the value of the car when new and it's emissions and then the value is depreciated by 10% per year.
