Hi, need some advice please. How long does your rental agreement need to be to obtain Padron as we will be renting before buying in Camposol.

Thanks

If looking at getting residency, you should be able to get a temporary 3 month padron from the local town hall, providing you have a legal rental agreement from the owner.

Have a look here.... part of Jim's guides.

The patron itself does not expire until you move out of that municipality. However the hard copy you need for things like residencia application is only valid for 3 months from date of printing. In Mazarron every current hard copy needed is 2€. N.B. if a couple is applying for residencia then a separate copy is required for each person. Both on one is not acceptable at the Murcia office's, we found out the hard way. 🤔
