Guardia Civil

Hello,
Does anyone know the nearest Guardia Civil office which has English speakers, please?
Thank you.
Their local office is in the port just behind Viggo's restaurant. They do not speak English but I have managed by writing what I need to tell them and translating it on Google. The only other alternative is take a translator.
