Personal Tax Return

I am in the process of doing my tax return. The Gestoria has advised me that the Hacienda has two bank accounts for me and need the details for both. I only have one and this is nothing to do with English accounts etc. But I have been told that they keep getting an error and the only way round it is to pay for a certificate at an additional €48! Anyone else experienced this? Seems like a rip off to me.
