Bought on Camposol D in December 2018. Not moved out yet, just visit as much as possible. Just got an email from my Spanish Solicitor telling me "non resident tax" due for 2018 E3.82. He will charge me E75 + tax for ensuring I meet my legal requirements each year.
Is this easy to pay independently and is it worth keeping a purchase solicitor to keep me legal with taxes etc?

The choice is yours............
I pay my solicitors 71 euro incl IVA per year to sort out all my tax affairs.
They will also sort out any problems with the utility companies banks etc on my behalf.
They also have power of attorney.
Given the complexities of the Spanish tax system I think the 71 euro I pay is extremely good value.
Totally agree with you. Cheap enough for the convenience. A no brainer.
