ITV

Hi when an ITV runs out can you leave the car off the road for about 4 months also as in England can you put your car in for a ITV Test a month earlier. Thanks in advance for any help on this.

Don't quote me but I think you can take it as early as you want, but they will only add up to a month on your expiration date of your old ITV, that's as clear as mud isn't it, sorry

If your ITV has expired its illegal to drive it on the road. Best bet is to pay a local garage to take it for you. I was in this situation 2 years ago and had to have my vehicle taken to the test station on a break down truck.
