We will be moving to Los banjos area near Fortuna and as we are keen gardeners we will appreciate if anyone can inform us of any good garden centers that sell plants and trees including fruit trees that we can visit.

There is a garden centre near Fortuna. It is unusual in that it sells plants that are from Spain, and will therefore thrive in this hot dry windy climate. Prices are very reasonable. (50cents for baby tamarisk tree) It is not signposted from the road(!) and is on the way to Abanilla from Fortuna on LHS. -"Viveros Muzale". It has a very good website with a location map though. The girls speak some English.
