How do I set the clock on our oven?

We have a Edesa oven 550x. It has suddenly started beeping every 4 seconds, the read out on the digital clock said LOC, so we presumed that it was the childlock. We pressed 2 buttons at the same time and the time came back up but it is still beeping, it now works ( it was'nt when the LOC showed). we have tried to find and download the book from the internet as this oven was here when we moved in. So we are hoping that the clock just needs resetting. Anyone able to help?
