Can anyone recommend: Mobile Phone Shop in Fortuna

Hi. I am looking to get a SIM card so I have a Spanish telephone number for my frequent visits. I also seem to require this for delivery of items bought on the internet.
Is there a mobile phone shop in Fortuna where I can buy a SIM card/contract? Also which provider has the best coverage locally
