How to find a good value rental VERY NEAR La Manga Club for an extended period from a soon as travel allowed again

Hi everyone.......
As soon as we are allowed to move again ...not sure when that might be! ...I want to rent a property literally next door or at least within walking distance to the club for an extended period.
Is there a way to approach property owners DIRECTLY or a cheap agent ..I assume going through La Manga club will be super expensive
I am relaxed as regards the kind of property BIG 1 bed, 2 bed or small townhouse
I am retired and single so an excellent tenant ...will not be holding any raves !!!!
BY extended happy for it to be 6 months but 3 months or even a month is fine
