Hiya, I´m thinking of relocating to Spain shortly. Can anyone give me the approximate % costs incurred taxation wise, when buying a property. I want to know my how much extra I may need to keep to one side for costs.

Allow 12% as a minimum.

Thanks for the help re. costs. I also posted months ago re. long term, not holiday rental, or even buying the right property probably from June now I realise this is holiday time, but I want longer term.
